Bookings
Appointments and bookings
Online bookings are handled through our third-party booking provider, HotDoc, under its own terms and privacy policy. Submitting a booking request does not create an appointment until it is confirmed.
Please choose an appointment type that reflects what you need. If you have more than one thing to raise, or you are not sure what to book, ring reception on (02) 4311 3800 and they will set aside the right amount of time.
Appointment availability, opening hours and the services we offer can change. We publish current information on this site, but the position at the time you contact reception is the one that applies.

Communicating with us
Email and web forms are not secure, and we cannot guarantee that a message sent to us will be received or read promptly. Please do not use them to send clinical details, test results, or anything time-critical.
If you need to tell us something about your care, ring reception. If it cannot wait, use the emergency contacts above.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. In using it, you agree not to:

- Submit false information through a form or booking request

Feedback
Feedback and comments
We welcome feedback about the practice, and you can give it to reception, by phone or in writing. Feedback is used to improve the way we work.
We do not publish patient testimonials or reviews about clinical care on this website, and we do not ask patients for them. Section 133 of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (NSW) prohibits the use of testimonials in advertising a regulated health service.
If you would rather raise a concern with someone outside the practice, the Health Care Complaints Commission can be contacted on 1800 043 159 or at hccc.nsw.gov.au.

To the extent permitted by law, Gosford Doctors is not liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect or consequential — arising from your use of, or reliance on, information on this website, or from the site being unavailable.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can be limited but not excluded, it is limited to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
