Can I get a script without an appointment?

No. Prescriptions require a consultation so a doctor can consider what they are prescribing. It does not have to be a long appointment.

Can I get a repeat prescription over the phone?

Often yes, for stable medicines recently reviewed, if you have seen one of our doctors in the past twelve months. Electronic scripts are sent to your phone.

How do electronic prescriptions work?

You receive a token by SMS or email and take it to any pharmacy. Nothing to carry or lose.

What should I bring to a medication review?

Everything you take, ideally in the box — including over-the-counter items and supplements.

Is it bulk billed?
