Do I need a referral to see a GP?
No. Book directly with any of our GPs. A referral is only needed to see a specialist, and we write that for you.
Are consultations bulk billed?
All Medicare-eligible consultations are bulk billed for patients with a valid Medicare card. Some items, such as privately purchased vaccines or employment medicals, attract a fee and reception will tell you the amount first.
How long is a standard appointment?
About fifteen minutes. If you have several things to discuss, ask reception for a longer appointment when you book.
What if I do not have a Medicare card?
Ring reception and ask about the options before you book, so you know what to expect.
Can I request a particular doctor?
Yes, and it usually helps. Mention who you would like to see when you book.
