A sharp cold sting for a few seconds per spot, then an ache for a while afterwards. No anaesthetic needed for most treatments.
The area usually reddens, sometimes blisters, then scabs and heals over a couple of weeks. We will tell you how to look after it.
Some lesions need more than one treatment. That is expected rather than a sign it did not work.
